My husband just got back from Germany a few days ago and he brought…CHOCOLATES! (and a pretzel too, haha) So this weekend I will be a glutton to chocolate. Especially my dark chocolate Kit Kats.

Just got these new cookbooks and can’t wait to try the recipes out. It’s been so long since I’ve been able to make anything. Maybe Mason will start taking longer naps so I can cook while he sleeps. 
Polkatots Cupcakes

These cupcakes were so adorable. I picked them up at Polkatots Cupcakes after having lunch at Slaw Dogs. Haven’t even tasted them yet but these mini cupcakes were too pretty to pass up. Hope they taste as good as they look. (Just realized the names Polkatots Cupcakes and Slaw Dogs don’t really sound good together.)

Top Left to Bottom Right: Original Slaw Dog, Rueben Dog, All Beef Kosher Dog with Guac/Pico De Gallo/Garlic Mayo, Thai Slaw Dog, Onion Rings/Sweet Potato Fries, Husband and Baby
So I finally went to try the Slaw Dogs. This place had good service and the food was pretty good. Nothing I’d go crazy over, but then again I didn’t try the TNT dog, which is like a tortilla pie with meat filling.
